Cancellation Policy

5th Avenue Salon understands that life happens and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Please take note of our cancellation policy:

We require 24 hours notice before your appointment to cancel, reschedule, or downgrade. In the case that notice is not given, the reserved card on file will be charged 50% of the service. In the event of a no show, we will charge 100% of the service that was missed.

  • A credit or debit card is required to reserve an appointment. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.

  • When booking your first appointment, we require a $5 deposit to finalize booking. This deposit is applied to the overall cost of the service.

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may not be able to provide the service you were scheduled for.

**We understand that certain situations are unavoidable.  Waiving of the cancellation fees will be up to the discretion of Management.
